Cancellation Policy
30% Cancellation fee on cancellation before 70 days of travel date.
50% cancellation within 40 days of travel date.
90% cancellation within 30 days of travel date.
100% Cancellation within 7 days of travel date.
Sankrit Tour Zone Pvt Ltd & It's Sellers (By permission of STZ) will reserve the right to use Photos & Videos of whole or some experiences during this tour for its marketing in India or around the world. No participant should have objection to it and no monetary benefit of it will be provided to any parties.
Above tours include lot of live participation and interaction with family and there can be different types of experiences which are neither planned by STZ or it's sellers. Any changes in ceremony of marriage function is not possible on request and it is sole discretion & rights of family(Marriage Family) to make any changes in function. Guest should be available on given time of functions (Delay in functions by family due to different things can be possible). Family reserves the right to cancel whole or partial participation due to any unavoidable circumstances and in such cases guest (Traveller's participating) will be receiving adjustment on particular experiences which are cancelled and not on whole trip.
Within 90 days of Tour end guest will shared link of video with their participation in group.
Guest have got option to return from Varanasi to their home by transiting to New Delhi from Varanasi on 31 Jan 2019 or they can proceed to take further tour.
