Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy
Quotation: Quotation and rates provided to customer is not deemed and considered as confirmed booking. Confirmation of booking is only possible on making payments as per below policy. Till payment is not received STZ reserves rights to not accept booking for reasons such as unavailability of services or any other reasons decided by STZ.
Payment Policy : For booking of tour, Booking amount is required and remaining payment will be required 15 days before arrival date.
Booking amount: 50% of total amount which is non-refundable on cancellation within 31 days. For Group booking Policy are different & mentioned below.
Cancellation Policy: On cancellation or modification within 31 days from arrival date 50% of total amount will be charged. On cancellation or modification within 15 days from arrival date 75% of total amount will be charged. On cancellation or modification within 07 days from arrival date or no show 100% of total amount will be charged.
Group Cancellation Policy(10 or above pax) : Incase of Group of 10 person or above 50% of total amount is non-refundable within 45 days of travel date. On cancellation or modification within 30 days from arrival date or no show 100% of total amount will be charged.
Natural Disaster or Sudden unplanned incident as act of God or Political issue
In event of disaster, accident or Political crisis such as Band, blockade any cost incurred due cancellation or change in tour plan will be subject to extra cost on customer.
Hotel Check-in and Check-Out time is 12 noon.
Day defined for taxi booking means 00:00 to 11:59 pm on same date. It cansidered second day after midnight in outstation taxi booking. Rooms included in tours are of base category till except not specified.
Transportation rules: In many cities for which you have booked may have certain traffic restrictions due to which vehicle will go upto the point permitted. Guest can access sightseeing places mentioned in itinerary from vehicle drop point on walk or by taking rickshaw by paying additional charge directly. Please note we only charge our customer for vehicle that is mentioned in quotation through email/whatsapp and we do not charge for any rickshaw, ponny in case not mentioned in inclusion.
Security Policy: Any guest who book tour with us including hotel are not allowed to invite visitors to room without written approval of STZ. Any guest who book vehicle or tour including vehicle are not allowed to invite any additional person then booked in vehicle without written approval. Please note approval is subject to decision of STZ and it can not be mandatorily forced to approve. At times there can be additional charges involved too. Please also note in gents room female visitors will not be allowed and in female room male visitors will not be allowed. Security is first priority of our company and any breach in this may result in violation of agreement.
Juridiction: Incase of any conflict or legal issue it will be matter of Varanasi jurisdiction.

2. What payment methods do you accept for reservations & Where can we make payment?
- We accept a range of payment methods, including bank transfers, UPI, Cash and digital wallets. Payment details will be provided during the booking process. We only accept payment in Sankrit Tour Zone company account and any transfer to any other account will be on risk of customer for which Sankrit Tour Zone will not be responsible.
3. Do you only organise tour for Varanasi or Other places too?
- Our head office is located at Varanasi. So, we are the No. 1 travel company here & approved by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India but our other offices in Kathmandu that take care of Nepal Tour, Hyderabad office takes care of Southern India Tours, New Delhi office take care of whole of Northern India tour. Varanasi office takes care of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and Madhya Pradesh tours. Colombo offices takes care of Srilanka tour. So, we are doing PAN India tour and also expert of Nepal & Srilanka. We cater to some other international destination too like Dubai and Thailand.

- The ability to make changes or cancel a reservation depends on the terms and conditions of the specific tour or service you've booked. Review the terms & condition through link shared to you in quotation or/and tour voucher or contact our team for assistance.

9. After making confirm tour what should expect?
- Once you have made advance booking payment, we will share confirm tour voucher with you which will have all the details of your tour including Hotel, Cost, Remaining Payment, Payment Policy, Tour Itinerary, Inclusion & Exclusion. You need to take print out of your confirm tour voucher for reference during tour. Our representative may ask for it on arrival or in between.
- Day before your travel date by 8 pm you will receive representative details for your arrival.
- On arrival you have to make payment as per policy in voucher and check-in to hotel. Later whole tour is carried as mentioned in tour voucher. For any changes please contact sales team member, which can be done at extra cost or sometime if possible without additional cost subject to specific booking conditions.

- Do not hesitate to tell your preferences to our Sales team member at the time of enquiry. We try to accommodate as much as possible but at times few preferences may not be met.
- Always ask all information in written - We have no verbal costing policy to safeguard customer interest. We send you all information in written on email or whatsapp or both.
- We expect guest must have read all information sent in written and booked after agreeing to that.
- Do not trust any verbal commitment and always ask team member to send you the same including in quotation in written if you want it to be included.
- Must read Terms & conditions through link shared in quotation to avoid any confusion on policies.
