Employee: Anyone who is working is office of Sankrit Tour Zone Pvt Ltd and getting salary in their account by company account on monthly basis.

1. It is believed that person who has joined Sankrit Tour Zone Pvt Ltd have received the parent website page link (www.stzworldtravel.com/legal.html) & read all terms & condition For Employee.
2. If he or she is coming to office next day & regularly afterwards on receiving Legal page link then employer will believe that all terms & condition mentioned in above link is accepted by employee without any doubts & employee can not claim that employer & employee terms are not shared with them.
3. Training period of employment is 90 days from first day of joining. In which no leaves will be granted except 1 week off x 4 each months + gazetted holidays.
4. If Any employee leaves company within 90 days of training period then they will be paying backs INR 50,000 as training charges to the company.
5. Employee will have to serve 30 days notice period from date of resignation to leave the company post training period or else on not serving notice period same period salary to be paid by employee to company.
6. No employee can share any information of company to third person whom it is not required as part of job role. On violation of this lawful action for data theft can be taken.
7. Employee should be attentive and work efficiently to complete any work provided by company. Employer can terminate or release employee from job without giving any notice on not completing successful training or satisfactory to employer's requirement.
8. No employee shall work at any other place while working in Sankrit Tour Zone Pvt Ltd or else employer can terminate employee & demand for refund of all Salary paid till date.
9. Post resignation or leaving Sankrit Tour Zone Pvt Ltd employee can not work with its clients for next 3 years by themselves or at any other company office.
